Return/Refund Policy

At The Shisha Bazaar, we take pride in delivering 100% authentic, premium-quality shisha products right to your doorstep. Every order is carefully packed and quality-checked to ensure your experience is seamless. However, in the rare case something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.


Eligible Returns & Refunds

We offer returns or refunds only in the following cases:

  • You receive a wrong product (different brand, flavor, or accessory than what you ordered)

  • You receive an expired product

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as flavor preference, change of mind, or if the product has been opened or used.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened flavor packs

  • Used accessories (e.g. coal, foil, tongs, hoses)

  • Orders where the correct items were delivered in good condition


📦 What To Do If You Receive a Wrong or Expired Product?

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or an expired product:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID and clear photos of the item received.

  3. Once verified, we will offer either:

    • A replacement of the correct item

    • Or a full refund to your original payment method

🕐 Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will reflect in your account depending on your payment method and bank.
